TeeGrade is TeeHouse's course ranking system, shown on a 0-10 scale.

It's built entirely from user-driven golfer feedback - not from editors, sponsors, or outside rankings.

TeeGrade uses one tie-aware Bradley-Terry-Davidson pairwise preference model.

1) Tier ratings: When golfers mark a course as Liked, So-so, or Disliked, those ratings set an initial prior while the model is still learning.

2) Head-to-head comparisons: When golfers compare two courses they've played, TeeHouse learns which course they actually prefer, including cases that are effectively ties.

Pairwise comparisons provide the main ranking evidence because they show which course golfers would actually choose.

Global TeeGrade is the community baseline, learned from the wider comparison network rather than a simple average or one direct matchup.

My TeeGrade starts from that same baseline and learns where your own ratings and comparisons differ from the public.

TeeGrade also estimates confidence separately from score, so early or close cases are not overstated.

Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

You agree not to use TeeHouse to post, share, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar attributes.

TeeHouse reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content or accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion.

You understand that TeeHouse does not actively monitor all User Content and relies on user reports and other signals to identify potential violations.

User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, text, or other content you submit to TeeHouse ("User Content").

By posting or uploading User Content, you grant TeeHouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (including resizing or formatting), and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the TeeHouse service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you post, and that posting such content does not violate any third-party rights.

We do not claim ownership over your User Content, and you may remove it at any time subject to reasonable technical limitations.

We may update these terms as the product evolves.

Club Logos & Trademarks

Club logos, names, and trademarks displayed in TeeHouse are the property of their respective owners.

These assets are used solely for identification and informational purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with TeeHouse.

If you are a rights holder and would like a logo updated or removed, please contact us.

We respect your privacy and only collect data needed to operate and improve TeeHouse.

Your email and account data are never sold.

Photos and User-Generated Content

If you choose to upload photos or other content to TeeHouse, we store and display that content in order to provide app features such as course pages, rankings, and social activity.

Your content is only shared according to your visibility settings for each activity. We do not sell user-generated content to third parties.

You may delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from active use, subject to reasonable backup and caching practices.

We may update this policy as new features are added.
